A historic building in downtown Brunswick will soon welcome residents to a newly renovated residential community.

Located at 21 Town Hall Place, the former Central Fire Station has been thoughtfully redeveloped into an apartment building featuring five affordable efficiency apartments with modern finishes and updated building systems. Move-ins are anticipated to begin May 1, and applications are now being accepted.
